Day time Outreach (Lambeth)

Thames Reach is a charity based in London, specialising in helping people with complex and multiple needs, including those associated with poor mental health and substance misuse. We manage a range of services, including street outreach, frontline hostels, day services, specialist-supported housing, employment, and skills schemes. Last year, we helped more than 7,000 people.

The Lambeth Outreach Team works across the Borough of Lambeth 7 days per week, responding to reports of rough sleeping. Our team of outreach workers find and engage rough sleepers, supporting them off the streets and into accommodation.

We work collaboratively with a number of community-based agencies and services to ensure rough sleepers have access to person-centered support in addition to support related to their accommodation needs.
